This project is focused on building a concept windows 8 application for a Field Service representative to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM service appointments.

Project Details

This project contains all the code from the "Building a Windows 8 App" session presented at Extreme CRM EMEA 2013 by Ramon Tebar and Marco Amoedo. Among other topics this application demonstrates:
  • How to connect to CRM using the WinRT SDK
  • Manage the CRM Connection Parameters using Pasword Vault
  • Manage disconnected scenarios by storing data locally
  • Using WNS to send notifications directly from CRM plugins to Windows 8 clients
